QUEEN MOTHER
Taira’s mother and ruling queen of the termite colony. She’s a loving and caring mother. She is also a dedicated and compassionate ruler.
Princess Taira
Taira is the daughter of the reigning queen of the Uranic termite colony. She is being groomed to one day reign as queen. She is very adventurous, hates being bored and always looking for something to get into.
Tina
Tina is Taira’s best friend. She was appointed to see after Taira every need. They have been friends since birth. Tina is always worried about something; she prefers to do things by the book. She is a sort of a bookworm and a little on the compulsive side when it comes to cleanliness and organization.
Solomon
He is a soldier termite of a neighboring colony. Forced into the military service by his father, Solomon prefers to talk things out instead of by use of force but if need be he is a mighty warrior.
Sasha
Sasha, the fire fly, has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. One minute she’s fun loving and caring, next minute she’s a ticking time bomb. Loves the spot light, especially at night with her glow in the darkness of Africa. She is always concerned about her looks and tends to always seek praise from whomever she can get it from.
Marc Anthony
Marc Anthony is the captain of his fire ant platoon. He was trained to conquer anything that comes in his way. He love to do battle, and is very inpatient and short on words. He doesn’t trust anyone and is paranoid of someone attempting to overthrow him. He tends to compensate for his lack of self confidence by being overly aggressive.
Robbie
Robbie is a roly-poly insect that Taira met on their adventure though Africa. Robbie loves to play jokes on others and lives a care free life. Robbie is generally fun loving, but he uses this personality trait as a defense against being rejected or hurt.
Ulysses
Ulysses, the ant eater, has a phobia of ants. Paranoid since childhood from a bad experience during a family ant foraging, he was banished from his home by his father because of the shame he brought to them. Ulysses is mostly a loner, but he longs to be with friends and a family who will love and accept him for who he is.
